中国和实力的战略深意

【摘要】：约瑟夫·奈的"软实力"的精华在于强调文化价值政策,但这一概念在学术逻辑、实际运用和政治内涵上都有较大的缺限。如果照搬使用这一概念,是缺乏创造力的表现。中国历史文化博大精深,其中的"和实力"与"柔力量"能更好地表达不过度使用武力和强制力的内容。中国要提高和扩大自己的影响力,要善于合理和理性地使用中国的经济实力,要善于通过利他、和平、谦下的外交风格来实现自己的外交目标,要善于和平和理性地使用武装力量维护和平,来实现合作共赢。
[Abstract]:The essence of Joseph Nye's soft power lies in emphasizing the policy of cultural value, but this concept is limited in academic logic, practical application and political connotation. If the concept is copied, it is a sign of lack of creativity. Chinese history and culture are extensive and profound, in which "harmony strength" and "soft power" can better express the content of non-excessive use of force and compulsion. China should improve and expand its influence, be good at using China's economic strength rationally and rationally, and be good at achieving its diplomatic goals through altruistic, peaceful, and modest diplomatic style. Must be good at peaceful and rational use of armed forces to maintain peace, to achieve win-win cooperation.
