“安全困境”和族群冲突——迈向一个动态和整合的族群冲突理论

【摘要】：本文对族群冲突中的"安全困境"的既有文献所做的批判性分析,为建立一个动态和整合的族群冲突理论奠定了部分基础。目前,许多运用"安全困境"的概念来理解族群冲突的尝试都是建立在对此概念不够准确甚至是错误的理解之上。"安全困境"理论和更为宽泛的螺旋模型实际上构成了一个动态、通用和强有力的战略互动理论,而这一理论抓住了引发战争的一般性动力。因此,"安全困境"理论和更为宽泛的螺旋模型为一个动态和整合的族群冲突理论铺平了道路,而这样的理论也能整合国际关系理论中各个学派对族群冲突的不同理解。文章最后分析了该理论的可行性和价值。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a critical analysis of the existing literature on the "security dilemma" in ethnic conflict, which lays a partial foundation for the establishment of a dynamic and integrated theory of ethnic conflict. At present, many attempts to use the concept of "security dilemma" to understand ethnic conflict are based on an inaccurate or even erroneous understanding of the concept. The theory of "security dilemma" and the broader spiral model actually constitute a dynamic, general and powerful strategic interaction theory, which captures the general motive force of the war. Therefore, the "security dilemma" theory and the broader spiral model pave the way for a dynamic and integrated theory of ethnic conflict, which can also integrate different understandings of ethnic conflict among different schools of international relations theory. Finally, the feasibility and value of the theory are analyzed.
