试析影响当前中印关系发展的利弊因素

【摘要】：近些年来,随着印度经济的飞速发展,作为中国一个巨大的邻国,两国之间的关系也受到了越来越多的学者的关注和青睐。实践是由理论来指导的,对于中国而言,在处理与印度的外交关系这样一个实践过程中,自然离不开具有中国特色的外交思想的支撑,而这个思想是马克思主义经典理论与中国优秀的传统文化相结合的成果,马克思主义理论为中国处理外交关系提供了一个大的指导准则,而中国的传统文化则是为中国处理外交关系赋予了很强的中国特色,中国历来是很重视和平的,因此不管是“中印文化友好年”还是“中印边界问题”的谈判,中国始终在坚持一个原则那就是和平共处五项原则,展现给世人的姿态也是和谐和平。 本文则是在这个大背景下探析了当前中印关系中的有利因素和不利因素,并展望了中印的未来,以求使当前关于中印关系的理论研究有所丰富。其中有利因素是从历史和当前两个时间段为角度进行了阐述;不利因素则是从结构性因素和具体因素方面如边界等问题来进行分析;文章的结尾是对中印未来关系的展望,而这个展望是建立在当前国际大环境的背景下,在权衡当前两国关系利弊因素的基础上提出来的,即中印两国的交往将是长期的,友好的,但同时又是复杂的,因此两国将在长时期内处于一种博弈状态。“只有永远的利益,没有永远的朋友”相信两国会找到更多的利益契合点,取得更多的合作机会,在将来和平友好的发展。 处理中印关系只是中国外交实践中的一个很小的部分,但合理的处理两者的外交关系既是对中国特色外交思想的验证,同时对于中国经济的发展以及周边地区的和平与安宁也具有很大的作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of Indian economy, as a huge neighboring country of China, the relationship between the two countries has been paid more and more attention and favor by more and more scholars. Practice is guided by theory. For China, in the process of handling such a practice as diplomatic relations with India, it is naturally inseparable from the support of diplomatic thoughts with Chinese characteristics. This idea is the result of the combination of Marxist classical theory and China's excellent traditional culture. Marxist theory provides a great guiding principle for China to handle diplomatic relations. China's traditional culture, on the other hand, has given China a strong Chinese characteristic in handling diplomatic relations. China has always attached great importance to peace. Therefore, whether it is the "Sino-Indian year of Cultural Friendship" or the "Sino-Indian border issue," China has always adhered to one principle, that is, the five principles of peaceful coexistence. Under this background, this paper probes into the favorable and unfavorable factors in the current Sino-Indian relations, and looks forward to the future of China and India in order to enrich the current theoretical research on Sino-Indian relations. The favorable factors are explained from the perspective of history and the current two time periods, while the disadvantages are analyzed from the aspects of structural factors and specific factors such as boundary, etc. At the end of the article is the prospect of the future relations between China and India, which is based on the background of the current international environment and on the basis of weighing the pros and cons of the current bilateral relations. That is, the exchanges between China and India will be long-term. Friendly but complex at the same time, the two countries will be in a game state for a long time. "only eternal interests, no everlasting friends," I believe the two countries find more common interests, more opportunities for cooperation in the future peaceful and friendly development. Handling Sino-Indian relations is only a very small part of China's diplomatic practice, but a reasonable handling of diplomatic relations between the two is a test of diplomatic thinking with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, it also plays an important role in the development of Chinese economy and the peace and tranquillity in the surrounding areas.
