大国周边外交

【摘要】：正周边是一个国家维护主权权益、发挥国际作用的重要保障,是提升国际地位的主要支撑点与战略依托带,也是他国制约该国发展不可或缺的媒介和利用对象。周边外交的成功与否,周边环境好坏程度,将会深刻影响一国国家利益的实现。要构建良好的周边关系,使周边环境有利于一国发展,离不开合理的、具有针对性和前瞻性的周边战略的指导。周边外交从来不是抽象的、静态的,也永远不能一劳永逸。一国周边外
[Abstract]:The periphery is an important guarantee for a country to safeguard its sovereign rights and interests and play an international role. It is the main supporting point and strategic backing zone for promoting international status, and it is also an indispensable medium and object for other countries to restrict the development of that country. The success of the neighboring diplomacy and the degree of the surrounding environment will profoundly affect the realization of a country's national interests. To build a good peripheral relationship and make the surrounding environment beneficial to the development of a country, we can not do without the guidance of reasonable, targeted and forward-looking peripheral strategy.
