中美新型战略核关系与美俄核信任问题研究

【摘要】：中国的核军控政策是中国国家安全战略不可分割的组成部分。中国核军控政策形成与发展的历程,适应的是中国所面临的特定安全环境;在涉及对外安全方面,目前首先要考虑到美、俄等核武器国家,通过建立核信任措施,维护全球与地区的战略稳定。分析美俄以及中国在核领域建立信任措施的理念与实践,建立中美核信任十分必要。

The course of the formation and development of China's nuclear arms control policy adapts to the specific security environment that China is facing; In terms of foreign security, first of all, the United States, Russia and other nuclear-weapon States should be taken into account to maintain the strategic stability of the world and the region through nuclear confidence-building measures. It is necessary to analyze the concept and practice of nuclear confidence-building measures between the United States, Russia and China.
