[Abstract]:The Paris Peace Conference, which was held after the first World War, can to some extent be regarded as the beginning of the practice of global governance, and the "Versailles Washington order" established after that can be regarded as the first global governance order. As a victorious country in the first World War, China participated in the Paris Peace Conference from the beginning of global governance. However, due to various objective reasons at home and abroad, China's participation in the international order can be described as ups and downs, one wave three.
