“金砖五国”合作模式:历程、结构与展望

【摘要】：2013年3月,金砖五国发表《德班宣言》,促进了金砖国家机制性合作和理念性整合的进一步提升。自美国经济学家奥尼尔提出"金砖"概念以来,巴西、俄罗斯、印度、中国和南非,经过多年的努力、合作与构建,形成了具有快速增长潜力的五国经济合作模式,并逐步扩展到政治、文化、教育、科技、外交、安全等其他多个领域。"金砖五国"合作模式,不仅体现出新兴经济体国家发展的显著特点,而且标志着跨区域多元合作结构的生成,将成为未来整个世界财富结构和权力结构新的创造者,必将为世界经济的发展注入活力和增长点,也将进一步促进金砖国家自身的完善和发展,推动世界政治经济新秩序的合理化进程。
[Abstract]:In March 2013, the BRICS countries issued the Durban Declaration, which contributed to the further enhancement of BRICS institutional cooperation and conceptual integration. Since US economist O'Neill put forward the concept of "BRICS," Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, after years of efforts, cooperation and construction, have formed a five-nation economic cooperation model with rapid growth potential. And gradually extended to politics, culture, education, science and technology, diplomacy, security and many other areas. " The BRICS "cooperation model" not only reflects the remarkable characteristics of the development of the countries of emerging economies, but also marks the formation of a cross-regional and pluralistic cooperation structure, which will become a new creator of the wealth structure and power structure of the entire world in the future. It will inject vitality and growth points into the development of the world economy, further promote the perfection and development of the BRICS countries themselves, and promote the rationalization of the new world political and economic order.
