东亚地缘战略研究:奥巴马访日与中美日三边关系

【摘要】：为推动美国亚洲的再平衡战略,奥巴马访日。奥巴马支持日本修宪和解禁集体自卫权,达到了在政治、军事、安全上借重日本力量管控东亚的意图,但作为再平衡战略重要组成部分的TPP协议未达成,是奥巴马访日的外交失败。日本借助美国再平衡战略,复活了民族军国主义,为清除国家正常化道路上的政治、法律障碍争取到了美国的支持。美日同盟的强化迫使中国做出强硬回应,并着眼战略构造的新布局。
[Abstract]:Obama visited Japan to push for a rebalancing strategy in Asia. Obama supported Japan's constitutional amendment and lifted the right to collective self-defence, achieving the intention of relying on Japanese forces to control East Asia politically, militarily and securely, but the TPP agreement, an important part of the rebalancing strategy, was not reached. It was Obama's diplomatic failure to visit Japan. With the help of American rebalancing strategy, Japan has revived national militarism and won the support of the United States for removing political and legal obstacles on the road to normalization of the country. The strengthening of the U. S.-Japan alliance has forced China to respond forcefully and focus on a new layout of strategic structures.
