论奥巴马政府对台军售政策

【摘要】：向台湾出售武器，是美国介入台湾问题的核心内容，也是美国承认台湾为独立政治实体的重要标志，更是美国干涉中国内政的主要途径。多年来，在对台军售问题上，美国历届政府一方面表示遵守中美三个联合公报，另一方面却以《与台湾关系法》为依据不断加大对台军售力度。奥巴马上台后，中美关系发展势头良好，但奥巴马政府仍不顾中国的强烈反对坚持对台军售，且军售政策随其全球战略调整而显现新的特点和发展，对中美关系、两岸关系及东北亚局势都带来负面影响。受多种因素影响，在未来一段时期内，美国将长时间坚持对台军售，要彻底解决此问题，从根本上取决于中国国力的进一步发展和壮大。

After Mr. Obama came to power, the development momentum of the Sino-US relations was good, but the administration of the Obama administration, despite the strong opposition to China's strong opposition to the arms sales and the new features and development of the arms sales policy with the adjustment of the global strategy, had a negative impact on the Sino-US relations, the cross-Straits relations and the situation in North-East Asia.
