利比亚危机对阿尔及利亚非传统安全的影响

在阿拉伯世界经历了几十年的政治僵局之后,不止一个阿拉伯国家出人意料地爆发了人民革命,推翻了现有政权,这震撼了阿拉伯世界的许多其他政权,并且迫使它们去改变政策,创造新的政治和社会现实。而改变执政政权在过去并不是各国人民的目标。2010年底和2011年初,阿拉伯世界不同地区爆发了一波革命和抗议浪潮。突尼斯革命的爆发点燃了许多阿拉伯国家。这一时期阿拉伯革命有不同的术语,如阿拉伯之春或阿拉伯民众运动。这些抗议突然广泛传播的原因是腐败蔓延、经济停滞和生活条件差,以及对政治家和媒体的严格限制、缺乏个人自由和阿拉伯国家普遍恶劣的条件。关于利比亚危机,这场革命始于和平的民众起义,但是这种和平没有持续多久,很快成为反叛分子和政权之间的直接冲突、冲突双方内部派别分裂和外国的干预。国际外交或联合国的努力并没有阻止或减轻冲突。反而由于国际社会对利比亚危机的看法不同,联合国和安全理事会决定通过军事干预解决冲突,利比亚冲突的步伐加快了。战争仍然难以结束,甚至很难出现一个安抚各方的和平解决办法。论文阐述了利比亚危机对阿尔及利亚的非传统安全影响,对阿尔及利亚人民和阿尔及利亚国家各个方面都产生了直接或间接的影响。而且,...
