【摘要】：以"艺术城市"理念探索中国特色城市发展道路,要基于城市特质资源,凝练城市主题文化,将文化纳入城市顶层设计,用文化规划引领城市发展;要以主题文化塑造城市环境,形成"唯一性"的特色城市;要将当地的特色文化与当地的产业有机结合,实现产城融合。
[Abstract]:To explore the road of urban development with Chinese characteristics based on the concept of "art city", we should base on the city characteristic resources, condense the city theme culture, bring the culture into the top level design of the city, and guide the city development with the culture plan. The theme culture should be used to shape the urban environment and form the unique characteristic city, and the local characteristic culture should be combined with the local industry to realize the integration of the production and the city.
