【摘要】：正近日,文化部、新闻出版广电总局、体育总局等五部委联合印发的《关于推进县级文化馆图书馆总分馆制建设的指导意见》(以下简称《指导意见》)。《指导意见》全面贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届三中、四中、五中、六中全会精神,深入贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神和治国理政新理念、新思想、新战略,指出了县级文化馆、图书馆总分馆制建设的重要性,明确了建设县级文化馆、图书馆总分馆制的指导思想、基本原则、工作目标和主要措
[Abstract]:Recently, the Ministry of Culture, the General Administration of Press, publication, Radio, Film and Television, The guidance opinions on promoting the Construction of the General Branch Library system of the County-level Cultural Center Library issued jointly by the five ministries and commissions of the General Administration of Sports (hereinafter referred to as the "guiding opinions").
