雄安:顶级新区的顶层文化设计

【摘要】：作为"千年大计""国家大事"的雄安新区,一经宣布设立,就引发了国内外强烈的关注,从设立方式、根本定位到战略目标,雄安新区都体现出了与以往任何一个新区不同的姿态,这是一个全新的、具有历史意义的顶级新区。在这样的形势下,如何做好雄安新区的顶层文化设计显得尤为重要。本文从五个维度分析了雄安新区顶层文化设计的内涵,并进一步强调在雄安新区的建设过程中,各个地区之间在文化上达到认同的重要意义。
[Abstract]:As a "Millennium Plan" and "National event," the Xiong'an New area, as soon as it is announced, has aroused strong concern at home and abroad. From the way it was established, it fundamentally positioned itself to a strategic goal. Xiong an New District is different from any other new district, which is a brand new and historic new district. In such a situation, how to do a good job Xiong an new area top-level cultural design is particularly important. This paper analyzes the connotation of cultural design at the top of Xiong'an New area from five dimensions, and further emphasizes the importance of cultural identity among different regions in the construction of Xiong'an New area.
