【摘要】：“欧洲观念”是欧洲人对欧洲这一特定地理区域和文化政治实体所具有的实在的、或想象的特征的认识。一个地区的文化精神，人们对自身所属社会的特征和使命的认知往往会影响和制约该社会演化的方向。在一定意义上，“欧洲观念”与20世纪后半叶欧洲的一体化历程有着某种联系。考察“欧洲观念”的内涵及其历史演变，对于更深刻地理解欧洲文化的特点、把握欧洲未来的发展动向有着重要的现实意义。本文将以历史发展为主线，深入研究从古代到第二次世界大战爆发前“欧洲观念”的内涵及其演变。“欧洲观念”萌生于古代世界，经历了一个从神话传说、地理概念到成为一种文化认同上的概念的演进过程。中世纪是“欧洲观念”发展的一个重要时期。基督教对于欧洲信仰和文化精神的整合使“欧洲”具有更为清晰的自我意识，帝国的普世统治理想使“欧洲”被构想为大一统体制下的政治共同体，伊斯兰世界和拜占廷帝国为代表的外部世界与欧洲的对峙和冲突则使欧洲能够更明确地界定自我、反思自身特有的文明属性。近代以来，“欧洲观念”在政治和文化领域内平行发展，，获得新的内涵。在政治领域，“欧洲观念”表现为一种欧洲统一或联合思想，从主权国家的联合体、均势下的国家联盟到以实现永久和平为目标的邦联，随着近代政治思维的发展，“欧洲观念”的内涵也日益丰富。在文化领域，欧洲文明在世界其他地区的扩张，使欧洲认识到自身文明在当时所拥有的“优越性”，“欧洲”作为一种文明观念开始出现，随之引起了欧洲人对欧洲文明内涵的深层思考。法国大革命推动了“欧洲观念”的进一步发展，它既深化了欧洲一体的观念，又促使保守主义者、自由主义者和民族主义者在思想政治领域对欧洲进行新的解读，19世纪的“欧洲观念”呈现出复杂多元的内涵，也更具现代意义。进入 20世纪，民族意识和民族利益使欧洲战乱不己。但欧洲一体的思想和使欧洲再次联合的努力从未中断，库登霍夫的泛欧洲运动和白里安的欧洲联合计划便是其中的突出表现。这些尝试对战后欧洲一体化运动产生了深远影响。结论认为，在欧洲一体化运动蓬勃发展的今天，“欧洲观念”作为一种泛欧洲的文化认同对欧洲历史的发展正产生着深刻的影响，对“欧洲观念”的探讨将有助于推进欧洲的进一步整合和构建超越民族国家的新的欧洲政治文化意识形态。关键词:文化认同“欧洲观念”欧洲一体化
[Abstract]:The "European concept" is the European understanding of this particular geographical region and the cultural and political entity of Europe, which has a real or imagined character. In a certain sense. The concept of Europe has a certain connection with the course of European integration in the second half of 20th century.
