【摘要】： 近代日本极端国家主义,既是一种极端保守主义的政治思想、政治意识形态和政治文化体系,也是一种以绝对主义政治哲学为根本价值取向的国家实践与国家体制。近代日本极端国家主义是一个历史范畴,它包含着精神与物质两个层面,即政治文化与政治实践。作为政治文化的近代日本极端国家主义,体现为极端国家本位与日本本位的政治意识、政治价值和政治心理,表现为国家崇拜与日本至上的世界观、价值观与伦理观。作为政治实践的近代日本极端国家主义体现为近代后期日本内政的绝对主义国家建设及外交的极端自利主义和极端功利主义,表现为天皇绝对主义国家体制的建立和发动以殖民主义为动机、以帝国主义为目标、以军国主义为手段的一系列对外战争。近代日本极端国家主义是精神层面与物质层面的整合,是政治文化与政治实践的统一,其生成的历史背景既是幕末日本的国家危机。近代日本极端国家主义的形成与其说是极端国家主义从无到有的过程,毋宁说是其政治文化传统中沉淀的保守主义国家意识与心理在特定历史条件下成长为系统的极端国家主义思想、实践、意识形态及国家体制的过程,它反映了政治文化的历史传承性和变异性。近代日本极端国家主义既渊源于近代以前的日本传统政治文化,又作为近代后期日本政治文化的核心价值与伦理体系而影响日本国家的内外政治走向。近代日本极端国家主义的物质过程即国家实践与国家体制,终结于二十世纪四十年代中期,其精神过程即思想的主导性与意识形态的主体性也同时终结,尽管心理的惯性需要较长时间来消解,但政治生态的根本改良已消除了再度滋生极端主义的息壤,这使政治保守主义止于有限的界域与层面内,并不再具有必然性。
[Abstract]:The extreme nationalism of modern Japan is a kind of ultra-conservative political thought, political ideology and political cultural system.
