论20世纪英国保守党政治哲学的优势

【摘要】：20世纪英国三大政党的权力角逐中,保守党占据明显优势,执政时间最久,作为最显著。这一是因该党在理论上守成稳健,再是它在关键时刻能实行较适度的变革,调整政治理论和政策,并尽力宣传以赢得选民的关注和支持。20世纪20至70年代保守党大选宣言的部分内容,印证了该党政治哲学的核心价值,展现出保守主义的实用主义和包容性等特征。保守党理论和政策的变化适应了不列颠社会发展的态势,使之一再扩充和强化社会基础,这即是英国保守党和保守主义久盛不衰的深层原因。
[Abstract]:In 20th century, the Conservative Party held a clear advantage in the power struggle among the three major political parties in Britain, the longest and the most prominent. This was due to the party's soundness in theory and its ability to make more modest changes at the crucial moment. Reorienting political theory and policy, and trying to spread propaganda to win the attention of voters and support parts of the Tory election manifesto from the 20th century to 70s, confirm the core value of the party's political philosophy. The change of Tory theory and policy adapts to the development of British society, and makes it expand and strengthen the social foundation again and again. That is the underlying reason why the Conservatives and conservatism have survived for so long.
