【摘要】：从国际史的视角看,第一次世界大战期间的中国同春秋战国时代一样,百花齐放,百家争鸣。这时不仅民族主义成为主宰中国政治外交的洪流,"外交政策群体"也在这个时代应运而生。这个群体不仅包括精英,还有许多平民百姓。平民百姓成为政治力量、成为外交政策群体非常重要的一部分,实际上是中国历史上一个非常特殊的现象,中国的华工在其中所起的作用是十分重要的。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of international history, China during the first World War was the same as the Spring and Autumn warring States period, a hundred flowers bloom and a hundred schools of thought contend.Not only did nationalism become the torrent of China's political diplomacy, but foreign policy groups came into being in this era.This group includes not only the elite, but also many ordinary people.It is in fact a very special phenomenon in the history of China that ordinary people become a political force and a very important part of the foreign policy group, and the role played by Chinese workers in it is very important.
