“一带一路”战略构想对世界历史发展的积极意义

【摘要】：整体世界史观揭示了世界历史通过纵向发展和横向发展走向整体发展的规律。在"和平、发展、合作、共赢"已成为当今时代潮流、全球化进程加快的背景下,习近平主席倡导的"一带一路"战略构想是新形势下的和平发展模式,它能帮助各国快速发展,缩小南北差距,实现合作共赢;它能改进和完善当今世界秩序,促进多元国际社会的和谐共处。这些都表明"一带一路"战略构想将对于世界历史整体发展具有积极的促进作用。尽管"一带一路"战略构想在实施过程中,可能还会遇到各种挑战,但世界历史整体发展趋势是不可逆转的,"一带一路"战略顺应了这种大趋势,必将能开花结果,起到引领世界发展的作用。
[Abstract]:The holistic view of world history reveals the law of world history moving towards the whole through vertical and horizontal development. In the context of "peace, development, cooperation and win-win cooperation" has become the trend of the times and the process of globalization is speeding up, the strategic concept of "Belt and Road" advocated by President Belt and Road is a peaceful development model under the new situation. It can help countries to develop rapidly, narrow the gap between the North and the South, and achieve win-win cooperation. It can improve and perfect the current world order and promote the harmonious coexistence of the pluralistic international community. All these indicate that Belt and Road's strategic concept will play a positive role in promoting the overall development of world history. Although the strategic concept of "Belt and Road" may still encounter various challenges in the course of its implementation, the overall development trend of world history is irreversible. The "Belt and Road" strategy conforms to this general trend and will surely blossom and bear fruit. Play a leading role in world development.
