【摘要】：本论文主要对20世纪70年代以来澳大利亚的菲律宾移民的历史、移民原因、在澳菲律宾人的社会特征、澳大利亚的菲律宾移民的影响做初步探析。自1972年澳大利亚工党政府上台,取消白澳政策以来,打开了亚洲人大量移民澳大利亚的大门,其中菲律宾人是的重要一支。从1971年到2015年,澳大利亚的菲律宾移民的数量从约2550人上升到了约236,400人。2015年菲律宾移民在澳大利亚的海外移民来源的国家或地区中居于第五的位置,总人数约占澳大利亚人口的1.0%。研究澳大利亚的菲律宾移民,对于理解澳大利亚的移民历史、社会特征等方面具有重要的意义。本文绪论部分介绍了近十年以来与本文密切相关的一些国内外研究状况。包括菲律宾国家的历史;国外学者近年来对澳大利亚的菲律宾移民的研究;国内学者对于菲律宾劳工出口的研究;以及相关的一些移民理论。本文第一章主要介绍菲律宾人移民澳大利亚的历史。包括菲律宾本国的历史;菲律宾人移民海外的历史传统和移民文化的形成;以及菲律宾人移民澳洲的历史。第二章主要内容是:分析菲律宾人移民澳大利亚的原因。其中菲律宾国内的因素(20世纪70年代以来),包括菲律宾的历史因素、经济因素、国家政策因素、菲律宾移民自身特点因素等;澳大利亚方面的因素包括高于菲律宾的收入预期、以技术移民为主的移民政策、澳洲的工作缺口等;另外,经济全球化和区域集团化,也是菲律宾人移民澳大利亚的极其重要的影响因素。第三章主要分析的是在澳大利亚的菲律宾人的社会特征,主要分析了菲律宾移民人口数量变化;菲律宾移民在澳大利亚的分布状况;澳大利亚的菲律宾移民的年龄特征;澳大利亚的菲律宾移民的婚姻状况;以及澳大利亚的菲律宾移民从事医疗卫生领域工作的状况。第四章主要分析澳大利亚的菲律宾移民对母国和澳大利亚的影响。对母国菲律宾的影响包括:一方面带来可观的外汇收入和知识转移带来的社会进步;但是另一方面又带来了人才流失和消极的社会风气等消极影响。对澳大利亚的影响包括,一方面填补了劳动力空缺和有助于多元文化的发展,另一方面又对劳动力市场造成冲击,也对澳洲的治安造成威胁。结语对全文进行了总结,认为20世纪70年代以来菲律宾的澳大利亚移民的大量增加是多重因素作用的结果,澳大利亚的菲律宾移民对于两国有重要的作用和意义。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly analyzes the history of the Filipino immigrants in Australia since the 1970s, the reasons for the emigration, the social characteristics of the Filipinos in Australia, and the influence of the Filipino immigrants in Australia. Since the Australian Labor Party took power in 1972 and abolished the White Australia policy, it has opened the door for a large number of Asians to emigrate to Australia, with the Philippines being an important branch. From 1971 to 2015, the number of Filipino immigrants in Australia rose from about 2550 to about 236400. In 2015, Filipino immigrants were the fifth largest source of overseas immigrants in Australia. The total number of people is about 1.0% of the Australian population. The study of Filipino immigrants in Australia is of great significance in understanding Australia's immigration history and social characteristics. The introduction of this paper introduces some domestic and foreign research situation which is closely related to this paper in the past ten years. These include the history of the Philippines; the recent studies of Filipino immigrants from Australia by foreign scholars; the studies of Filipino labour exports by domestic scholars; and some relevant immigration theories. The first chapter introduces the history of Filipinos emigrating to Australia. It includes the history of the Philippines, the historical tradition of Filipinos emigrating overseas and the formation of immigrant cultures, and the history of Filipinos emigrating to Australia. The second chapter analyzes the reasons why Filipinos emigrate to Australia. Among them, the domestic factors in the Philippines are similar to those of the Philippines since the 1970s, including historical factors, economic factors, national policy factors, characteristics of Filipino immigrants and so on. Factors in Australia include higher income expectations than those in the Philippines. In addition, economic globalization and regional collectivization are also the most important factors affecting Filipinos emigration to Australia. The third chapter mainly analyzes the social characteristics of Filipinos in Australia, mainly analyzes the changes in the number of Filipino immigrants, the distribution of Filipino immigrants in Australia, the age characteristics of Filipino immigrants in Australia; The marital status of Filipino immigrants in Australia; and the employment of Filipino immigrants in health care in Australia. Chapter four mainly analyzes the influence of Philippine immigrants on Australia and Australia. On the one hand, it brings considerable foreign exchange income and social progress brought about by knowledge transfer; on the other hand, it brings about negative effects such as brain drain and negative social atmosphere. The impact on Australia includes, on the one hand, filling the labor gap and contributing to multicultural development, on the other hand, impacting the labour market and posing a threat to the security of Australia. The conclusion concludes that the increase of Australian immigrants in the Philippines since 1970s is the result of many factors, and the Filipino immigrants from Australia play an important role in the two countries.
