俄国学者对中东铁路问题的研究

【摘要】：正俄罗斯学者对中东铁路问题的研究略早于中国学者,始于19世纪末20世纪初,迄今大体经历了三个阶段,即19世纪末20世纪初的起步阶段、20世纪70年代末之前的推进阶段和20世纪80年代之后的深化阶段。他们对中东铁路问题的研究,主要是依据不同历史时期中俄(苏)国家关系变化的大背景展开的。总体而言,20世纪80年代以后,俄罗斯学者对中东铁路问题研究成果的数量有所增加,质量稳步提高。本文根据有关成果出版或发表的时间,分三个时期,将俄罗斯(苏联)学者对中东铁路问题的研究状况作一简要介绍,希望能对我国学者对此问题作进一步研究和扩展思路有所帮助。
[Abstract]:Russian scholars have studied the Middle East railway problem slightly earlier than Chinese scholars, beginning at the end of the 19th century and beginning in the 20th century. So far, they have generally experienced three stages. That is, the initial stage in the late 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, the advance stage before the end of the 1970s and the deepening stage after the 1980s. Their research on the Middle East railway problem is mainly based on the background of the change of Sino-Russian (Soviet) relations in different historical periods. Generally speaking, since 1980's, the quantity and quality of Russian scholars' research on Middle East railway problems have increased steadily. According to the time of publication or publication of the relevant results, this paper briefly introduces the research situation of Russian (Soviet Union) scholars on the railway problem in the Middle East in three periods. It is hoped that it will be helpful to further study and expand the thinking of Chinese scholars on this issue.
