[Abstract]:The Royal diplomacy of Japan, also known as foreign communication, refers to members of the royal family whose main body is the emperor of Japan. They make use of the funds provided by the government for their activities and other conveniences, mainly through visits, negotiations, issuing diplomatic documents and concluding treaties. Participate in international conferences and international organizations and other external activities. In the early postwar period, in order to realize the task of returning to the international stage, Japan made full use of the Japanese royal family to carry out diplomatic and economic diplomacy to Europe and to repair Japan-European relations on the premise of adhering to the Japanese-American axis. Taking Japan's diplomacy to Europe as the object of study, this paper systematically analyzes the behavior and function of the Japanese royal family, which symbolized the imperial system from 1952 to 1972, as well as the restoration and development of the Japanese government's relations with Europe. The first part of the thesis analyzes the reasons of Japan's Royal diplomacy to Europe from the point of view of Japan's main domestic and foreign environment and Japan's strategic intention. It is the most important means to further ease Japan-European relations and repair Japanese-European feelings, which is based on the need of Japan's strategic choice to Europe. The second part, through the behavior of Japan to European royal diplomacy, the interaction of bilateral relations, as well as the evaluation of the international community, comprehensively introduces the process of Japan's implementation of European royal diplomacy. The aim is to show that royal diplomacy coincides with Japan's European policy. In order to further illustrate the Japanese government in this period of the positioning of relations with Europe, as well as the symbol of the imperial system of Japan's imperial diplomacy on the political development of postwar Japan indirect influence. In the third part, Japan analyzes the role of European royal diplomacy and its influence. Then it is demonstrated that Royal diplomacy has an important influence on the historical development of the Japanese emperor and the royal family, as well as the comprehensive role of politics, economy and culture in postwar Japan. Historical facts have proved that Japan's imperial diplomacy to Europe after the war is the need of the Japanese royal family as well as the demand of the Japanese government. Royal diplomacy is the vanguard of easing Japan-European relations and the spokesman of the Japanese government, which embodies the correct decision to maintain the imperial system after the war, and also clears the obstacles for the later Japanese government to visit Europe smoothly, easing the Japanese-European relations.
