【摘要】： 17世纪的英国历史著作的编撰没有获得显著的发展。但是印刷术的兴盛,海外贸易和交通状况改善带来宣传品流通渠道的畅通,教育的大发展使得民众的识字水平得到提高,刺激了英国史书出版业的全面繁荣。编年体史书衰落,取而代之的是更多从内容到形式都适应时人政治文化需求的史书的兴起。17世纪英国社会追逐经济利益的热情,使得一个史书生产、包装、出售、阅读和收藏的流通网络市场形成,。历史读物从内容到形式都更加适应读者的需求,出版和阅读之间的关系紧密起来。史书通过书市、拍卖和二手交易等多种流通方式进入读者手中,商业运作体系相当完备。实用主义在政治家读史的过程中得到体现,普通读者的阅读热情不仅仅来自对现实政治的感触与思考,还来自学术研修、教育子女、绅士风度的培养以及社交需要。道德教化不再是史书主要的职能,娱乐休闲和单纯的情感的体验使得阅读史书的读者群扩大。读者选择阅读的书籍与身份地位没有绝对的联系,史书阅读并非社会上层精英独有的文化活动,17世纪成为更多英国人文化生活重要组成部分。
[Abstract]:The compilation of British historical works in the 17 th century has not developed significantly. However, with the prosperity of printing, the improvement of overseas trade and transportation brought about the smooth circulation of propaganda materials, and the great development of education raised the literacy level of the people, and stimulated the overall prosperity of the British history book publishing industry. The decline of chronological history books was replaced by the rise of more historical books, which adapted to the political and cultural needs of the people of the time. The enthusiasm of the British society for economic interests in the 17th century led to the production, packaging, and sale of a historical book. Read and collect the circulation network market to form. History books meet the needs of readers from content to form, and the relationship between publication and reading is close. History books enter the hands of readers through book markets, auctions and second-hand transactions, and the commercial operation system is quite complete. Pragmatism is embodied in the process of reading history by politicians. The reading enthusiasm of ordinary readers comes not only from the feelings and thoughts of realistic politics, but also from academic studies, education of children, cultivation of gentry and social needs. Moral education is no longer the main function of history books. Entertainment, leisure and simple emotional experience expand the readership of historical books. There is no absolute relationship between the books that readers choose to read and the status of identity. History reading is not a cultural activity unique to the upper class elite. In the 17th century, it became an important part of the cultural life of more British people.
