斯考兹博罗事件和30年代的美国共产党

【摘要】： 1931年3月,美国亚拉巴马州斯考兹博罗镇,九名黑人青年(最年幼的仅13岁)被控奸污两名白人妇女,经非法审讯,其中八人被判处电刑。在美国共产党的参与和推动下,此案逐渐真相大白。全国和国际上都掀起了营救“斯考兹博罗青年”的斗争。1937年,九名黑人中的四个无罪释放,另外四个被判长期监禁。这也就是轰动了整个30年代的斯考兹博罗案。 本文意在对这桩著名的种族诬陷案的来龙去脉做一叙述。并着重分析了美国共产党和其附属组织——国际劳工保卫联盟在此案各个阶段中的表现。美共与全国有色人种协进会在早期阶段为争夺案件辩护权而进行了激烈的斗争,美共取得胜利。接着,国际劳工保卫联盟成功地将此案两次向联邦最高法院上诉。正是美共的不懈努力,使得斯考兹博罗案件有了不一样的结局。最后,在斯考兹博罗案和美国共产党的关系问题上,笔者认为这两者在30年代相互影响:一方面,斯考兹博罗案件影响了美国共产党在30年代的发展以及其与黑人的关系;另一方面,美共涉入此案也深刻地影响了此案的进程与结果。
[Abstract]:In March 1931, nine black youths, the youngest only 13, were charged with rape and two white women, and eight of them were sentenced to electric punishment, in the town of Skozboo, Alabama. The case is becoming more and more white with the participation and promotion of the American Communist Party. The national and international struggle to rescue the "Skozboo Youth". In 1937, four of the nine black people were acquitted and four were sentenced to long-term imprisonment. That's the whole 30-year-old scoz-boo case. The purpose of this paper is to do a job of the famous racial false accusation. A description of the various phases of the case by the United States Communist Party and its subsidiary bodies _ International Labour Protection Union In the early stage, the United States and the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of America made a fierce struggle for the right to defend the case, and the United States made a total of them. The International Labour Defence Alliance succeeded in sending the case twice to the Supreme Court of the Federal Supreme Court The appeal. It is the untiring efforts of the United States, which has made the case of the Skoz Boroo different. In the end, on the question of the relationship between the Skozboo case and the American Communist Party, the author thinks that the two influence each other in the 1930 's.
