【摘要】：正岁末年初,阴霾天气肆虐了大半个中国,给这个新春增添了几分忧虑。曾几何时,天气似乎只是人们见面时的搭讪语。然而,在今天,它已失去了曾经的轻松之感,承载着太多的怨与恨。一时间,关于环境问题的讨论,取代了各种年终景观,成为各大媒体关注的焦点话题之一。面对这场"突如其来"的阴霾天气,我们如何抛却外在情绪,客观理性地认识这场阴霾产生的根源,就显得尤为必要。在此,一个不可回避的问题,就凸显了出来,即这场阴霾究竟是百年不遇的自然现象,还是现行发展模式的某种结果?也正是在人们争论不休时,一本书引起了中国学界和政界的高度关注,即杰里米·
[Abstract]:At the end of the year, smoggy weather ravaged more than half of China, adding some worries to the New year. Once upon a time, the weather seemed to be just a slip-in when people met. However, today, it has lost its sense of ease, carrying too much resentment and hate. For a time, the discussion on environmental issues replaced various year-end landscapes and became one of the focuses of media attention. In the face of this "sudden haze" weather, it is particularly necessary for us to put aside the external emotion and understand the origin of this haze objectively and rationally. Here, an unavoidable question is highlighted, that is, whether this haze is a natural phenomenon that has never been encountered in a hundred years, or is it a result of the current development model? It is at the same time that people argue that a book has attracted the great attention of Chinese academics and politicians, that is, Jeremy.
