二战期间英国对战后世界经济体系的规划

【摘要】：20世纪40年代初,英国对战后世界经济体系的主要方面——金融与贸易机制进行了规划,提出国际清算同盟和国际贸易同盟方案。英国从它战后将面临的严重经济困难出发,欲在世界范围内推动重建、发展贸易,建立对英国有利的世界经济格局。其实质是在实力不济的情况下,继续维护英国在世界经济体系中的中心地位,降低或平衡美国对世界的影响。英国此举深刻影响了战后世界经济体系的面貌。
[Abstract]:In the early 1940s, the UK planned the major aspects of the postwar world economic system, the financial and trade mechanism, and proposed the international clearing alliance and the international trade alliance. From the serious economic difficulties it will face after the war, the UK wants to promote reconstruction, develop trade and build a world economic pattern that is favorable for the United Kingdom. Its essence is to continue to maintain Britain's central position in the world economic system and to reduce or balance the influence of the United States on the world. The British move had a profound impact on the postwar world economic system.
