印度尼西亚IT行业“Y”代员工的工作幸福感

  近年来,学者们开始重视有关工作领域幸福感的研究,这是工作幸福的基础。已有研究表明,工作领域幸福感可以正向预测员工的工作满意度、工作表现,也可以负向预测工作倦怠和离职意愿。因此,近来很多公司考虑将工作幸福感应用到人力资源发展中以提高生产力。以往有关土耳其的研究发现,X代员工比Y代员工更幸福。来自印度尼西亚的数据也表明,年轻员工(21-25岁)的工作幸福感最低,这些员工主要分布在IT行业,贸易行业和传媒行业。研究的目的是想了解Y代员的工作心里状况是否有幸福感。本研究采用量化方法和质性方法,以304名来自日惹市的员工为研究对象,分析印度尼西亚IT行业中Y代员工的工作幸福感状况,探索员工工作幸福感的影响因素。研究结果表明,87%的印度尼西亚IT行业中Y代员工在工作中感到幸福,高于以往研究所得出的71%幸福比例。同时,研究考察了性别、年龄、婚姻状况与职业地位对工作幸福感的影响。相比女性,男性报告了更高的幸福感;30-35岁员工,相比其它年龄段,报告了更高的幸福感;已婚员工比未婚员工在工作中更幸福。然而,职业地位对Y代员工的工作幸福感影响不明显。工作幸福感对印度尼西亚IT员工具有重要意义,可以内化...
