【摘要】:唐代政治稳定、经济发达,文化繁荣。历贞观之治、开元盛世之后,整个社会呈现一片欣欣向荣的景象,’人们的物质生活较为丰富。随着航海技术的进步,唐、阿拉伯和以室利佛逝为代表的南海国家的兴起,南海丝绸之路进入了一个繁荣兴盛的发展时期。大量的南海香药由此道经阿拉伯、印度、南海诸国商人之手传入唐帝国,例如林邑、扶南的沉香,婆利、宾率、室利佛逝的龙脑香,骠国的艾纳香,顿逊、督昆国的藿香,印度、爪哇、巽他半岛的檀香等。这些香药由于气味芬芳的特点,被大量的用于祭祀、熏衣、宗教礼仪等方面,是身份和地位的象征。除此之外,南海香药还作为药物被唐代医家所重视,大量收录于唐代的医药典籍之中,用于治疗各种疾病。可以说,南海香药在社会医疗领域内有着重大的作用和影响。它们的输入不仅增加了唐代中医药的品种,而且增添了许多治病良方,在一定程度上缓解了人们的病痛。南海香药的医药价值是其社会价值中不可忽视的部分,具有非常重要的研究价值。本文致力于研究唐代南海香药的输入及其医药价值。全文除了绪论和结语部分外,主要分为唐代南海香药的输入,唐代南海香药的种类、产地,唐代南海香药与疾病的关系三大部分。通过对这三大内容的研究,试图揭示唐代南海香药的输入过程及其在社会医疗领域内的作用。第一部分为论文的第一章,为论文的背景部分,主要考察唐代南海香药的输入。第一节主要探讨唐代南海丝绸之路的兴盛,以此说明唐代南海香药输入的路径。.第二节主要探讨唐代南海香药的输入方式。南海香药主要通过两种方式传入中国:一是南海诸国与中国的朝贡贸易;二是阿拉伯、印度、南海诸国与中国的香药贸易。第三节主要探讨唐代南海与中国香药贸易兴盛的原因。究其原因,可以归结为四个方面:一、唐代航海技术的进步;二、唐、阿拉伯和南海诸国的国家形势;三、唐朝对外来商旅政策性的保护;四、唐人对香药的推崇。第二部分为论文的第二章,主要考察唐代南海香药的种类与产地。本章分为六节,分别论述沉香,龙脑香,艾纳香,甲香、藿香、檀香等香药的产地。经考证,沉香产自林邑、扶南,龙脑产自婆利、宾率、室利佛逝,艾纳香产自骠国,甲香产自南海,藿香产自顿逊、都昆国,檀香产自印度、爪哇、巽他半岛,丁香产白掘伦国和摩鹿加群岛。第三部分为论文的第三章,主要考擦唐代中国南海香药的医药价值。第一节主要探讨沉香在邪气鬼注、脚气病、肿病、体臭、疮病方面的疗效;第二节主要探讨丁香在邪气鬼注、齿痛、肿病、霍乱、痢疾、五痔、疮病、黄病、白屑生发,体臭方面的疗效;第三节主要探讨龙脑在目疾、疮病、无辜疳痢方面的疗效;第四节主要探讨藿香在肿痛、霍乱、白屑生发、体臭方面的疗效;第五节主要探讨檀香在邪气鬼注、霍乱、肿痛、金创方面的疗效。最后,通过对唐代南海香药医方的整理研究,揭示南海香药在疾病治疗中的流行性和贵族性的使用特点,及其使用及影响的有限性。
