【摘要】： 本文旨在考察北宋国信使的出使情况、官职特点、群体素质、出使效应以及纷繁复杂的国际政治环境对北宋国信使的派遣所产生的影响。通过这些研究,使人们能够全面、系统地了解北宋国信使群体,冀以揭示北宋国信使派遣的多元化趋势。文章主要内容如下: 一、考察北宋国信使所处的历史背景以及国信使的构成情况。主要通过统计出使辽、金、高丽、西夏等国家(政权)的北宋国信使的信息资料,分析其职官比例、官阶分布、借官情况以及出使任务,并在对北宋国信使进行横向、纵向比较的基础上,探讨北宋对外遣使的特点。二、在全面、系统的数据分析的基础上,通过对国信使中富有代表性的个案研究,考察北宋国信使群体所具备的素质能力。包括:家世背景、学识才能、性格品质以及外事处理能力等,揭示北宋国信使选用所应具备的基本条件与素质。三、从双边关系的正常维系、盟约缔结以及多边关系的连环制约等方面,考察北宋国信使在具体外交实践中的出使效应,并结合人物带动事件、事件还原历史的“三元一体”的论述角度,揭示北宋国信使派遣的层次性、灵活性、连环性特点。通过北宋国信使群体的自身素质以及出使效应的综合分析,体现北宋对外遣使的多元化趋势,以及国信使在执行、贯彻北宋外交政策时所做出的巨大贡献。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to investigate the influence of the missions of Guoxin in the Northern Song Dynasty, the characteristics of the official posts, the quality of the group, the effect of the mission and the complicated international political environment on the dispatch of Guoxin in the Northern Song Dynasty. So that people can have a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the Northern Song Dynasty Guoxin Group, in order to reveal the Northern Song Dynasty Guoxin to send the diversification of the trend. The main content of the article is as follows: First, the historical background of Guoxin in the Northern Song Dynasty and the composition of Guoxin, mainly through statistics of Liao, Jin, Koryo, Xixia and other countries (regimes) of the Northern Song Dynasty (regime) information. On the basis of the analysis of the proportion of officials, the distribution of official rank, the situation of borrowing officials and the missions, and on the basis of the horizontal and vertical comparison of the missions of Guoxin in the Northern Song Dynasty, this paper discusses the characteristics of the emissaries in the Northern Song Dynasty. Second, on the basis of comprehensive and systematic data analysis, through the representative case study of Guoxin, this paper investigates the quality and ability of Guoxin group in Northern Song Dynasty, including: family background, academic ability. The character quality and foreign affairs handling ability reveal the basic conditions and qualities that should be possessed in the selection of Guoxin in the Northern Song Dynasty. Thirdly, from the aspects of the normal maintenance of bilateral relations, the conclusion of covenants and the chain restriction of multilateral relations, this paper examines the diplomatic effect of Guoxin in the Northern Song Dynasty, and combines with the events driven by characters. From the point of view of "three elements as a whole" in the historical restoration of events, this paper reveals the characteristics of the dispatch of Guoxin in the Northern Song Dynasty. Through the comprehensive analysis of the quality of the group and the emissary effect of the Northern Song Dynasty Guoxin reflects the pluralistic trend of the foreign emissary and the great contribution made by the Guoxin envoy in carrying out and carrying out the foreign policy of the Northern Song Dynasty.
