【摘要】： 东汉社会保障在具体实施内容上是散碎的，然总体上仍构成了板块性体系雏形。本文从四个方面进行了探讨。第一部分论述了社会救助板块的主体内容。文章从应急型救助、常规型救助、伦理型救助三个方面进行了全面阐释。第二部分论述了东汉的社会福利板块。指出东汉社会福利是一种身份性福利，并从教育福利、婚娶福利、丧葬福利、退休福利、老年人福利各个方面进行了论述。第三部分论述了军队保障板块。从军队供养体系、政治地位、经济地位、生活质量、阵亡优抚各方面分析东汉军队有比较好的保障。第四部分从社会互助与私人储蓄两方面阐述了民间保障板块在东汉保障体系中的作用。
[Abstract]:The social security of the Eastern Han Dynasty is fragmented , and it still constitutes the embryonic form of the block system . This paper discusses the four aspects . The first part discusses the main contents of the social assistance plate . The article expounds the social welfare sector of the Eastern Han Dynasty from three aspects : emergency relief , regular rescue and ethical salvation . The second part discusses the social welfare of the Eastern Han Dynasty . It points out that the social welfare of the East Han Dynasty is a kind of identity and welfare . The third part discusses the guarantee of the army . The fourth part discusses the role of the folk guarantee plate in the guarantee system of Eastern Han from the aspects of social mutual assistance and private saving .
