【摘要】： 《清明集》是宋代的一部诉讼判词和官府公文的分类汇编。本文通过对《清明集》的研究，认为宋代处于中国封建社会的转型时期。由于土地私有制度的确立，宋代的乡村社会发生了巨大的变化，形成了一系列与前代社会截然不同的特征，这些特征包括血缘关系的淡薄、传统宗族社会的瓦解、生产关系的改变、伦理观念的发展以及政府职能的转变等。
[Abstract]:Pure Brightness Collection is a collection of litigation judgments and official documents of the Song Dynasty. Through the study of Pure Brightness Collection, the author thinks that the Song Dynasty was in the transition period of the feudal society in China, because of the establishment of the private land system. Great changes have taken place in the rural society of the Song Dynasty, which formed a series of distinct characteristics from the previous generation society, including the weak blood relationship, the disintegration of the traditional clan society and the change of the production relations. The development of ethics and the transformation of government functions.
