【摘要】：本文通过对史料的发掘、考证，考察了姚启圣在统一台湾前后，为平台所做的一系列贡献。本文以统一台湾前后的姚启圣为研究中心。从整体上考察姚启圣为整个统台斗争所做的准备的过程。着重分析姚启圣为福建人民祛疾苦、谋福利的各项措施。对姚启圣在平台时所作的招降纳抚工作，与平台首领施琅的关系也进行了一番评述。在结论中，，文章为长期以来强加在姚启圣身上的各种罪名，通过对史料的分析，举例进行论证，还姚启圣一个清白。并给予姚启圣应有的历史评价。
[Abstract]:Through the excavation and textual research of historical materials, this paper examines Yao Qisheng's time before and after the reunification of Taiwan. This paper takes Yao Qisheng before and after the reunification of Taiwan as the research center, investigates the whole process of Yao Qisheng's preparation for the whole struggle for reunification with Taiwan, and focuses on the analysis of Yao Qisheng's efforts to dispel pain and suffering for the people of Fujian. Various measures for the benefit of Yao Qisheng and the relations between Yao Qisheng and Shi Lang, the chief of the platform, are also reviewed. In the conclusion, the article deals with various crimes imposed on Yao Qisheng for a long time. Through the analysis of historical data, examples are given to prove Yao Qisheng's innocence and give Yao Qisheng his due historical evaluation.
