乾隆帝首次南巡前扬州的迎驾准备

【摘要】：正清乾隆帝在位60年,六次南下巡视,虽然开支浩繁、耗银无数,但他巡视的许多项目如巡视河工、观民察吏、阅兵祭陵等,其意义、作用不应小视,加之采取减赋恩赏等配套措施,在当时也起到了安定民心、稳固清朝统治的效果,尤其是巡视河工、修筑堤堰,对减少洪灾、保护百姓田园庐舍和生命安全有着积极意义。那么,在乾隆首次南巡中,扬州的官府、商人又做了哪些迎驾准备?我们通过阅读、分析《清宫扬州御档》中的相关奏折,对当时的情况作一些了解。

Although he spent a lot of money on his inspection, many of the projects he visited, such as the inspection of river workers, the observation of local officials, and the parade of soldiers and tombs, should not be underestimated.In addition, it also played a role in stabilizing the people's heart and stabilizing the Qing Dynasty rule, especially the inspection of river workers, the construction of dykes and Weir, which had a positive significance in reducing floods, protecting people's farmhouse and life safety.So, in Qianlong's first southern tour, Yangzhou's government, businessmen did what to meet the driving preparation?Through reading, we analyze the relevant notes in Qing Palace and Yangzhou Imperial Files, and make some understanding of the situation at that time.
