商鞅变法时期秦国的人事档案管理制度

【摘要】：正依据史料,秦孝公时期成为体系的人事档案制度远未真正成型,史书上也并无确切的记载。然而,这并不妨碍我们对于当时档案管理尤其是认识档案的管理工作的研究和分析。按照赵彦昌的说法,中国档案管理制度始于商,而勃兴于唐,但其间,后世有名而史书并无记载的各种主要的档案管理制度,在先秦时期就已经雏形初定。
[Abstract]:According to the historical data, the personnel file system of Qin Xiaogong period is far from forming, and there is no exact record in the history books. However, this does not prevent us from studying and analyzing the management of archives at that time, especially the understanding of the management of archives. According to Zhao Yanchang, the archives management system in China began with Shang and flourished in the Tang Dynasty, but in the meantime, various major archives management systems, which were famous in later generations but not recorded in historical books, were initially established in the pre-Qin period.
