顺治皇帝严禁太监干政的敕谕

【摘要】：正太监又称中官、内官、内臣、内侍、内监、宦官等。因照顾皇帝起居,随同皇帝左右,太监很容易被皇帝信任而深得皇帝重用,甚至可以呼风唤雨,左右朝政。清入关后承袭明制,依然由内务府管理宫廷中太监。顺治十年(1653年)六月,因宫中事务繁多,设立司礼监、御用监、御马监、内官监、尚衣监、尚膳监、尚宝监、司设监、尚方司、惜薪司、钟鼓司、兵仗局、织染局十三太监衙门,实行"满洲近臣与寺人兼用"的做法。十三衙门的名称、人选均参照明朝旧制,俸给、冠服、品级与廷臣相同。顺治十年,鉴于
