西汉官僚阶层伦理观念与社会研究

【摘要】:本文将逻辑顺序与自然历史顺序相结合,理论阐释、背景分析与文本解读相结合,从思想与社会的互动的角度,论述了西汉官僚阶层伦理观念与社会这个问题。 第一章主要论述了秦末汉初,在朴素的大丈夫观念以及功业思想影响下,社会从上到下,建功立业、封王拜侯的热情十分高涨,楚汉之争中异姓分封乃是时势之必然。而异姓诸侯王将自身的伦理角色定位为在自己封地内“南面称孤”的诸侯王,奉刘邦为天下共主,这种伦理定位和刘邦“帝业”与“家天下”的观念大相径庭,在这种君臣错位的情势下,异姓诸侯王的覆灭成为一种必然。 第二章从“白马之盟”的视角,阐述了异姓诸侯王覆灭后,西汉初年占官僚阶层主体的军功大臣在君臣关系中的伦理定位、军功大臣的价值标准及其对西汉初年政治架构的影响。 第三章论述了官僚阶层在西汉专制皇权加强下的角色调整及其对官僚阶层和社会的影响。随着“功臣”完成了向“社稷臣”的角色转换,官僚阶层的价值观念也从“军功为大”转变为以皇帝的意志为旨归,自觉淡化自身的政治存在,恪守臣位、谨守臣职成为这一时期的官僚政治行为选择的主流,价值判断的裁决权也从军功大臣手中移交到了皇帝手中。 第四章主要论述了西汉中后期儒学独尊之后,在西汉经学影响下,官僚阶层价值观念和伦理定位的发展和变化。 第五章从西汉时期官僚阶层与民众的关系入手中,论述了西汉官僚阶层在与民众互动中的伦理角色的定位与调整以及对社会的影响。 第六章结论部分,总结了不同历史阶段,西汉官僚阶层与皇权之间、与民众之间的伦理定位和价值观念的发展演变,并从思想与社会的互动角度,提出了西汉官僚阶层伦理观念对此后社会的重要影响。
[Abstract]:This paper combines logical sequence with natural historical sequence, theoretical interpretation, background analysis and text interpretation. From the perspective of the interaction between thought and society, this paper discusses the ethical concept and society of the bureaucratic stratum in the Western Han Dynasty. The first chapter mainly discusses that in the late Qin Dynasty and the beginning of Han Dynasty, under the influence of the simple concept of the great husband and the thought of merit, the enthusiasm of the society from top to bottom, to establish meritorious service, to honor the king and to worship the lord is very high, so it is the necessity of the times to divide the different names in the dispute between Chu and Han. However, the different kings with different surnames defined their ethical roles as the kings who "seek solitude from the south" in their own fiefdoms, and take Liu Bang as the common master of the world. This kind of ethical orientation is quite different from Liu Bang's concept of "imperial property" and "family world". Under the circumstances of the dislocation of monarchs and ministers, the fall of the kings with different surnames became inevitable. In the second chapter, from the angle of "the League of White Horse", the author expounds the ethical orientation of the military ministers in the relationship between the monarchs and the subjects of the bureaucrats in the early years of the Western Han Dynasty after the fall of the kings with different surnames. The value Standard of the Minister of military Merit and its influence on the political structure in the early years of the Western Han Dynasty. Chapter three discusses the role adjustment of bureaucrats under the strengthening of autocratic imperial power in the Western Han Dynasty and its influence on bureaucracy and society. As "meritorious officials" completed the role transformation to "social ministers", the values of the bureaucratic stratum also changed from "military merit for great" to taking the will of the emperor as the purport, consciously desalinating their own political existence and adhering to the position of ministers. Honoring his position became the main choice of bureaucratic political behavior in this period, and the power of value judgment was transferred from the minister of military merit to the emperor. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the development and changes of bureaucratic values and ethical orientation under the influence of Western Han Classics after Confucianism was dominant in the middle and late Western Han Dynasty. The fifth chapter begins with the relationship between the bureaucrats and the masses in the Western Han Dynasty and discusses the orientation and adjustment of the ethical roles of the bureaucrats in the interaction with the masses and their influence on the society. The last part of the sixth chapter summarizes the development and evolution of ethical orientation and values between bureaucrats and imperial power in the Western Han Dynasty, and from the perspective of the interaction between ideology and society. The paper puts forward the important influence of the ethics of bureaucrats in the Western Han Dynasty on the later society.
