清朝档案中抄家案件研究及启示

【摘要】：在现存清朝档案中有较多的抄家档案,从这些抄家案件中来看,包括有权势的大臣、亏空钱粮、"文字狱"、违反法纪的官员、反抗朝廷的人、残忍的杀人犯等,将这些抄家档案集中起来,对研究分析清朝历史颇有参考价值。
[Abstract]:In the existing Qing Dynasty archives, there are more copy files. From these cases, they include the powerful minister, the money and grain, the "word prison", the officials who violate the law, the people of the court, the cruel murderers, and so on.
