清代笔记中的西藏

【摘要】：清代笔记卷帙浩繁、内容丰富,记载了大量有关西藏的史料,既可与《清史稿》《清实录》等正史相互印证,也可补正史之不足。笔记中的史料涉及清政府数次用兵西藏、驻藏大臣设置、章嘉呼图克图等内容,体现了清代中央政府鲜明的国家主权意识和维护国家统一的坚定决心,也为我们更全面、更客观地了解清代的一系列政策治藏提供了重要的文献资料。清廷治藏的成功经验对解决西藏现实问题也有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:The notes of the Qing Dynasty are voluminous and rich in contents, which record a great deal of historical data about Tibet, which can be verified with the authentic history of Qing Dynasty, such as the manuscripts of the Qing Dynasty and the actual Records of the Qing Dynasty, and can also make up for the deficiency of the true history. The historical materials in the notes relate to the Qing government's use of troops in Tibet several times, the setting up of the minister stationed in Tibet, and the Zhang Jia Hutuk map, which embodies the clear sense of national sovereignty of the central government of the Qing Dynasty and its firm determination to safeguard national unity, and it also provides us with a more comprehensive view. A more objective understanding of the Qing Dynasty a series of policies to control Tibet provided important literature. The successful experience of the Qing Dynasty in controlling Tibet also has certain reference value to solve the practical problems in Tibet.
