【摘要】：《汉律披遗》代表汉代律令最高成就,并已问世数十载,同时中国简牍的发现也已经有了上百年的历程,文章将通过对比出土的秦汉简牍来进一步认识汉朝典章《九章律》的真正含义及内容。
[Abstract]:"Han Law drape" represents the highest achievements of laws and decrees in the Han Dynasty, and has been published for dozens of years. At the same time, the discovery of Chinese bamboo slips has had a history of more than a hundred years. This article will further understand the true meaning and content of the Han Dynasty's laws and regulations by comparing the bamboo slips unearthed from Qin and Han dynasties.
