试论清代总管内务府大臣对太监的管理

【摘要】：总管内务府大臣在清宫太监管理中发挥了重要作用,有效地防止了宦官擅权。本文着重阐述内务府大臣在太监的选用、日常管理及犯罪处罚中的作用,指出特殊的身份地位、最高统治者对太监的极力贬抑和对内务府大臣权威的肯定以及高度集中的权力是内务府大臣能够有效管理清宫太监的基本原因。
[Abstract]:The Minister of Internal Affairs played an important role in the management of eunuchs and effectively prevented eunuchs. This paper focuses on the role of the Minister of Home Affairs in the selection, daily management and punishment of eunuchs, and points out his special status. The supreme ruler's strong derogation of eunuch, the affirmation of the authority of the interior minister and the highly centralized power were the basic reasons for the minister to manage the eunuch effectively.
