金世宗对契丹政策的调整及其社会影响

【摘要】： 金朝前期,金对契丹人的统治还面临着很多困难,一方面契丹人仍有“亡国之戚”,另一方面,金对契丹人的统治也面临着外部环境的威胁,此外金朝前期的契丹政策也存在一定的失误。而金世宗即位之时,契丹族与金朝的矛盾正值激化阶段,所以世宗对金朝前期的契丹政策在很大程度上都作了调整。一方面对契丹人进行了较为严格的监控,严防契丹人的叛乱,另一方面也对其实行了很多安抚笼络的政策。 这种政策的实施使金朝摆脱了内忧外患的局面,取得了很大成绩,然而这种政策也对后世产生了很大负面影响,为金末契丹人起义埋下了隐患。
[Abstract]:In the early Jin Dynasty, King's rule over Qidan people was still faced with many difficulties. On the one hand, Qidan people still had "relatives of subjugation", on the other hand, King's rule over Qidan people also faced the threat of external environment. In addition, the early Jin Dynasty Qidan policy also has certain mistakes. When Jin Shizong came to the throne, the conflict between Qidan and Jin Dynasty was intensified, so Shizong adjusted the Qidan policy in the early Jin Dynasty to a great extent. On the one hand, the Qidan people were strictly monitored to prevent the Qidan rebellion, on the other hand, many policies to appease the Qidan people were carried out. The implementation of this policy made the Jin Dynasty get rid of the situation of internal and external troubles, and made great achievements. However, this policy also had a great negative impact on later generations, which laid a hidden danger for the uprising of the Khitan people in the late Jin Dynasty.
