南宋朝廷与四川地区的文书传递

【摘要】：正南宋时期,四川地区因控扼长江上游形势成为前沿攻防区之一。南宋朝廷为了加强控制,始终注意与四川信息沟通之经营,采取了种种措施,特别是从制度上保证与该地区文书传递的效率。在此期间亦形成了行都临安府与四川地区之间较为固定的文书传递路线。然而,四川与临安府之间距离太远,文书传递之诸项制度,在此空间作用下,不能充分发挥其效能,而是弊端屡生,难于维持。在这种情况下,南宋朝廷唯有授予四川地区军政方面一定的便宜行事之
[Abstract]:During the Southern Song Dynasty, Sichuan became one of the frontier attack and defense areas because of the situation in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. In order to strengthen the control, the court of the Southern Song Dynasty always paid attention to the management of information communication with Sichuan, and took various measures, especially to ensure the efficiency of the transmission of documents with the region from the system point of view. During this period, it also formed a relatively fixed document transmission route between Xingdu Linan government and Sichuan area. However, the distance between Sichuan and Linan government is too long, the system of document transmission can not give full play to its efficiency, but the malpractice arises repeatedly, which is difficult to maintain. Under such circumstances, the Southern Song court could only grant certain advantages to the military and political affairs of the Sichuan region.
