王安石变法中的“三元”互动对现代治理的启示

【摘要】：正对于王安石变法的成效和影响,尽管学界众说纷纭、莫衷一是,但有一点值得重视:变法从始至终都掺杂着最高统治者、官僚士大夫、平民这三种力量的复杂博弈和相互作用。本文试把这三种影响变法的力量统称为"三元",并以"三元"互动为视角,对王安石变法进行一番解构分析,从中探索其对现代社会治理的启示。
[Abstract]:As for the effect and influence of Wang Anshi's reform, although there are different opinions in academic circles, there is one thing to pay attention to: the reform is mixed with the supreme ruler, the bureaucrat and the literati and officials from the beginning to the end. The complex game and interaction of the three forces of civilians. This article tries to call these three kinds of forces which influence the reform as "three elements", and from the angle of "three elements" interaction, carries on some deconstruction analysis to Wang Anshi's reform, from which explores its enlightenment to the modern society governance.
