尹湾汉墓简牍论考

【摘要】： 该文是国内外以尹湾汉墓简牍为研究对象的博士学位论文，20万字， 分别就尹湾汉墓简牍中迄今尚无人涉猎的《元延二年日记》简册、木牍10 反“师君兄贷师子夏”钱约以及虽有人研究，但还存在诸多言所不及、言 之不尽方面的《赠钱名籍》七、八号木牍、《名谒》十四至二十三号木牍、 《君兄缯方缇中物疏》十三号木牍等进行研究，共八部分：一、引言，介 绍尹湾汉墓简牍研究概况及本课题研究的主要方面与学术价值；二、《元 延二年日记》校释，利用文字、文献、历史学理论方法与知识，结合传世 文献和其它出土简牍资料对《元延二年日记》简册文字、内容、脱简及所 涉及的汉代名物、制度、历史地理、社会生活与风俗等进行考释与校勘； 三、《元延二年日记》所反映的事实与制度论考，内容包括《日记》所反 映的汉代历法制度演变、郡府属吏巡行视察制度、吏休制度、卒史署曹制 度以及气象与气候变迁等；四、《元延二年日记》文书渊源探索，分别就 《元延二年日记》自身文书特点、渊源、性质及用途等予以分析探讨；五、 《赠钱名籍》性质考辨——兼论西汉成帝时期东海郡的社会与经济状况，， 研究涉及西汉东海郡姓氏组成、宗族势力、家庭规模及货币流通、使用与 物价等；六、尹湾名谒木牍研究，对尹湾名谒木牍自身文字内容、蕴含的 历史文化信息、反映的汉晋名谒制度发展演变等进行阐释和发掘；七、 “师君兄贷师子夏”钱约考，集中就此券的文书性质、使用以及所反映的 汉代社会历史问题等予以考察；八、墓主师饶思想探析，从“《君兄缯方 缇中物疏》所载书籍反映的墓主爱好”、“墓主师饶生前活动反映的个人政 治倾向”、“西汉思想、文化对墓主师饶思想的影响” 等三方面对墓主师饶 思想进行分析和归纳总结，全面系统地勾勒复原出了墓主师饶本人生前活 动、经历及思想。这不仅对于我国简牍文书学（主要是私文书的探讨与研 究）、秦汉社会史、文化史、政治制度史等研究具有重大的学术价值，同 时也对尹湾汉墓简牍研究方面做了些钩沉发微工作。
