黄亚胜档案与清代文书制度

【摘要】：清朝嘉庆十四年十二月十二日夜晚,中国人黄亚胜在广州被外国水手杀死,其后凶手被指控为英国水手,中英双方就此案件进行长期交涉,成为鸦片战争前中英商贸、外交及司法关系的一个重要事件,黄亚胜事件保留了一批珍贵档案,深刻反映了清代文书制度的内容特点,影响了鸦片战争前后中英商贸、外交关系、涉外法权、条约口岸体制的变迁。
[Abstract]:On the night of December 12, 14 in Jiaqing, the Qing Dynasty, Huang Yasheng, a Chinese, was killed by a foreign sailor in Guangzhou, and the murderer was later accused of being a British sailor. The Chinese and British sides engaged in long-term negotiations on this case and became a Sino-British trade before the Opium War.
