民国时期新疆工矿业研究

【摘要】：新疆土地辽阔，资源丰富，具备很好的工矿业发展条件。民国时期新疆工矿业经历杨增新、金树仁、盛世才、国民党统治等多个时期的发展，，在近四十年中，新疆工业发展总体而言循序渐进，为后来的工业建设奠定了一定的基础。其中抗战期间，新疆推行了三期三年计划，各地、各部门的工业建设都获得了较大的发展，呈现出蒸蒸日上之势，这一时期的进步与成绩尤其值得我们注意。本文将从新疆工矿业发展的内外环境出发，着重研究新疆工矿业发展的基本情况，再与杨增新、金树仁、盛世才、国民党统治时期颁布的各项工业发展政策及各个时期新疆工矿业发展的实际情况进行对比。本文将分以下几个部分对民国时期新疆工矿业加以论述：第一部分是绪论，主要对国内外对本选题的研究现状进行论述。第二部分将对新疆的矿产分布、勘探开发情况及影响新疆工矿业发展的内外环境进行论述。第三部分对各个时期，新疆政府在工矿业发展方面制定的政策进行论述。第四部分对各个时期新疆工矿业发展及取得的实际成效进行论述。最后一部分为小结，将对本选题的研究做一总结,并对民国时期新疆工矿业发展进行陈述。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang has vast land, rich resources, and has very good conditions for the development of industrial and mining industry. During the period of the Republic of China, Xinjiang's industrial and mining industry experienced the development of Yang Zengxin, Jin Shuren, Sheng Shicai, KMT rule and other periods of development, in the past 40 years. Xinjiang's industrial development in general was gradual and orderly, which laid a certain foundation for the later industrial construction. During the Anti-Japanese War, Xinjiang carried out three three-year plans, all over the country. The industrial construction of various departments has been greatly developed, showing a trend of prosperity, and the progress and achievements of this period are especially worthy of our attention. Starting from the internal and external environment of the development of Xinjiang's industrial and mining industry, this paper will focus on the basic situation of the development of Xinjiang's industrial and mining industry, and then work with Yang Zengxin, Jin Shuren and Sheng Shicai. The industrial development policies promulgated during the period of the Kuomintang rule and the actual situation of the development of the industrial and mining industry in Xinjiang during each period are compared. This article will discuss the industrial and mining industry of Xinjiang in the period of the Republic of China in the following parts:. The first part is the introduction. The second part will discuss the distribution of mineral resources, exploration and development of Xinjiang, as well as the internal and external environment that affect the development of industrial and mining industry in Xinjiang. The third part is about each period. The 4th part discusses the development of Xinjiang industry and mining industry in each period and the actual results obtained. The last part is the summary. This paper summarizes the research of this topic and describes the development of industrial and mining industry in Xinjiang during the period of the Republic of China.
