【摘要】：1 937年发生的"巴纳号"事件,是侵华日军为封锁南京上游江面,不顾第三国侨民航行安全而不加区分的轰炸所致。事实上,"巴纳号"事件是日军自九一八事变后在华大量实施无差别轰炸暴行的延伸。日军的这些行为严重践踏了国际社会广泛认可的《空战规则草案》所倡导的人道主义原则。日军在华实施的无差别轰炸,引起了国际社会的谴责。随着日军这些暴行被披露,导致了日本在国际社会更加孤立。最终,因日军在二战中大肆实行无差别轰炸而种下的恶因,在二战末期让日本尝到了自酿的苦果。
[Abstract]:In 1937, the "Panas" incident occurred when Japanese troops invaded China to block the upper reaches of Nanjing. In fact, the Panas incident was an extension of the indiscriminate bombing atrocities carried out by the Japanese army in China since the 918 incident. These acts were seriously trampled on by the Japanese forces. The humanitarian principles advocated by the draft Air Warfare rules, which are widely accepted by the international community. The indiscriminate bombing carried out by the Japanese troops in China, It has aroused condemnation from the international community. As the atrocities of the Japanese army were revealed, it led Japan to become more isolated in the international community. In the end, the evil cause planted by the Japanese troops in the wanton indiscriminate bombing during World War II, At the end of World War II, Japan tasted the bitter fruit of its own brewing.
