民国时期中央政府入藏官员的西藏书写研究

【摘要】：1840年鸦片战争后,清政府内忧外患,西方列强开始掀起瓜分中国的狂潮,1888年之后,位处西南边疆的西藏面临的侵略危机日益严重,并最终发生1903年英军入侵拉萨事件。在此过程中,西藏地方和中央政府之间开始出现隔阂。辛亥革命之后,国民政府开始按照当时的国际潮流重塑国家的认同,如何加强对西藏的控制,祛除西方殖民者的侵略,挽救西藏于危难成为国民政府所关注的焦点问题。中央政府开始派遣官员入藏,联络和西藏地方的感情,希望以此缓和关系,并进而将西藏纳入中央政府的有效管辖之下。本文首先从辛亥革命以后中央政府与西藏的整体历史背景出发,揭示不同时期进藏的入藏官员所处的历史环境,继而阐述和分析入藏官员对于西藏的书写和认知,总结出入藏官员关于西藏书写的特点,从中分析入藏官员的西藏书写对国民政府处理西藏事务所产生的影响。
[Abstract]:In 1840 after the Opium War, the Qing government began to carve up the domestic trouble and foreign invasion of Western powers, China frenzy, after 1888, is located in the southwest border of Tibet is facing the crisis of aggression is becoming increasingly serious, and the final 1903 British invasion of the Lhasa incident. In this process, Tibet between local and central government began to appear estrangement. The central government began to send officials to Tibet, and contact Tibet local feelings, hoping to ease relations, and then into the effective jurisdiction of the central Tibet under the government. Firstly, after the revolution of 1911, the central government and Tibet's overall historical background, reveal the different period The historical environment of Tibetan officials in Tibet, then expounds and analyzes Tibetan officials' writing and cognition of Tibet, summarizes the characteristics of Tibet's handwriting by Tibetan officials, and analyzes the influence of Tibet's writing by Tibetan officials on the government's handling of Tibet offices.
