【摘要】：摘要：1947年10月13日,上海越剧名伶筱丹桂服毒自杀,成了上海滩的一桩大案。新闻界、戏剧界迅速介入,舆论传说不一,后来警方也介入调查。筱丹桂自杀事件被置于公共文化空间中,接受各种舆论的评头论足,在这一过程中,近代上海媒体在其中扮演了重要角色。从筱丹桂自杀事件,我们不仅能够看到市场如何消费女性自杀,还能看到社会舆论是如何解读、应对明星自杀的。新闻界、戏剧界对该事件的热切关注,不仅出于同情,亦不只出于教育“妇女解放”的使命感,更有文化市场逐利之需求。本文还探讨了另一问题,即筱丹桂自杀事件的意涵随着时代变迁而发生的变化,尤其关注政治因素在其中的作用。1947年,上海市法院判决筱丹桂的“同居男友”张春帆涉嫌教唆自杀罪名不成立,当庭无罪释放。但到了1951年,在镇压反革命运动中,新兴的共和国政府枪毙了“反革命分子”张春帆。两个不同时代,对张春帆截然不同的判决,不仅反映了情与法的互动,也彰显了政治因素对中国戏剧改造的深刻影响。本文试图探讨在历史变迁中,同一个故事的男女主人公因何、如何、被以何种形象嵌入两个时代、前后迥异的历史记忆中,借以思考历史真实和历史记忆之间的关系,彰显被遮蔽的历史细节。
[Abstract]:In October 13th 1947, Shanghai Yue Opera famous actor Xiaodan Gui committed suicide, became a major case in Shanghai. The press, the theatrical world quickly intervened, the public opinion legend is different, Later, the police also intervened in the investigation. The Xiaodangui suicide incident was placed in public cultural space and received comments from all kinds of public opinion. In the process, the modern Shanghai media played an important role in it. We can see not only how the market consumes female suicide, but also how public opinion interprets how to deal with celebrity suicide. It is not only out of the sense of mission of educating "women's liberation", but also of the demand of the cultural market for profit. This paper also discusses another problem, that is, the change of the meaning of Xiao Dangui's suicide event with the change of the times. In 1947, the Shanghai Municipal Court ruled that Xiao Dangui's "cohabiting boyfriend" Zhang Chunfan was not guilty of abetting suicide and was acquitted in court. But in 1951, in the suppression of the counter-revolutionary movement, The new Republican government shot Zhang Chunfan, a "counter-revolutionary". In two different times, the different judgments against Zhang Chunfan not only reflected the interaction between feelings and law, It also demonstrates the profound influence of political factors on the reform of Chinese drama. This paper attempts to explore the reasons, how and images of the protagonists and heroines of the same story embedded in the historical memory of the two different times in the historical changes. In order to reflect on the relationship between historical reality and historical memory, reveal the hidden historical details.
