[Abstract]:On 20th century, in the 1960s and 1970s, the grim surrounding situation posed a serious threat to China's national security. In order to safeguard national sovereignty and security, the Central Committee formulated a military strategic policy of active defense, which through the mobilization of the whole people, the establishment of large militias; and the depth of the layout. Construction of the third line; prevention of raids; strengthening of air defense; preparedness for war and famine; deepening training; and so on. At the same time, China is actively building the killer mace of national defense construction and improving the level of military technical equipment.
