【摘要】：上海与南通分处长江入海口南、北两岸,近代之前,由于交通不便,两地较少联系。上海开埠后迅速成为全国经济中心,交通运输事业的发展,拉开了两座城市之间在工业、商业、航运、金融、仓储、教育、影视文化、新闻出版等等众多领域互动的序幕。南通立足本地、依托上海,迅速成长为近代闻名的"模范县",同时,对上海的早期近代化进程也产生了不容忽视的影响。
[Abstract]:Shanghai and Nantong sub-regions of the Yangtze River, south and north of the Yangtze River, before modern times, due to the inconvenience of transportation, the two places were less connected.
